Founder’s Golden Share

The Founder keeps the final say on big decisions, protecting the gym’s mission and vision.

Profits & Benefits

Profits go first to stability, then fair wages, and finally back to members and the community. Perks include discounts and loyalty bonuses.

Decision Making

Day-to-day management is led by the Founder. Members shape the gym through continuous processes, AGMs and community input.

Leaving the Co-op

If you decide to leave (after a minimum of 2 years), your £1000 share is refunded (minimum 2 years). Membership and voting rights end when you leave.

If the Centre Ever Closes

After debts are paid and shares returned, any remaining surplus goes to another community or co-op cause chosen by member vote.
